1. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Kisime LLC. Because our products are consumable health, food, and supplement items, your safety is our priority and certain restrictions apply.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed packaging.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Products with a broken safety seal or that have been opened or used
  • Items not in their original condition or packaging
  • Products marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance"

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@kisime.com with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

How to start a return

  1. Email info@kisime.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will send return instructions and the return address.
  3. Ship the item back (customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect).

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process approved refunds to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange for the same item, email info@kisime.com.

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled before they ship. Once an order has shipped, our return policy applies.
